PA BID OBAMAS FAULT-PERRY

REBUILT 3RD TEMPLE (THE EU DICTATORS TEMPLE)

ISAIAH 30:10-15
10 Which say to the seers, See not; and to the prophets, Prophesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits:
11 Get you out of the way, turn aside out of the path, cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us.
12 Wherefore thus saith the Holy One of Israel, Because ye despise this word, and trust in oppression and perverseness, and stay thereon:
13 Therefore this iniquity shall be to you as a breach ready to fall, swelling out in a high wall, whose breaking cometh suddenly at an instant.
14 And he shall break it as the breaking of the potters’ vessel that is broken in pieces; he shall not spare: so that there shall not be found in the bursting of it a sherd to take fire from the hearth, or to take water withal out of the pit.
15 For thus saith the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not.
16 But ye said, No; for we will flee upon horses; therefore shall ye flee: and, We will ride upon the swift; therefore shall they that pursue you be swift.

REVELATION 11:1-2
1 And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.
2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.

DANIEL 9:27
27 And he( THE ROMAN,EU PRESIDENT) shall confirm the covenant with many for one week:(1X7=7 YEARS) and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease,(3 1/2 yrs in TEMPLE SACRIFICES STOPPED) and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

REBUILT 4TH TEMPLE (THE TRUE MESSIAHS TEMPLE)

ZECHARIAH 6:12-13
12 And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The BRANCH; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the LORD:
13 Even he shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.

ISAIAH 60:9-10
9 Surely the isles shall wait for me, and the ships of Tarshish first, to bring thy sons from far, their silver and their gold with them, unto the name of the LORD thy God, and to the Holy One of Israel, because he hath glorified thee.
10 And the sons of strangers shall build up thy walls, and their kings shall minister unto thee: for in my wrath I smote thee, but in my favour have I had mercy on thee.

ISAIAH 2:1-5
1 The word that Isaiah the son of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem.
2 And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD's house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.
3 And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
4 And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.
5 O house of Jacob, come ye, and let us walk in the light of the LORD.

MARK 11:9-10,15-17
9 And they that went before, and they that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna; Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord:
10 Blessed be the kingdom of our father David, that cometh in the name of the Lord: Hosanna in the highest.
15 And they come to Jerusalem: and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves;
16 And would not suffer that any man should carry any vessel through the temple.
17 And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves.

Conference Emphasizes Yearning for the Holy Temple-The Holy Temple Conferences, held in Jerusalem on Sunday, worked towards achieving Jewish presence on the Temple Mount. By Elad Benari & Hezki Ezra First Publish: 9/19/2011, 10:20 PM

The Holy Temple Conferences by the Movement for Temple Renewal, with the participation of leading temple-oriented organizations, took place in the Great Synagogue in Jerusalem on Sunday. The conference included lectures on different matters connected to the Temple Mount and to the rebuilding of the Temple. We’re dealing with matters of the press, the government, matters related to the ascent to the Temple Mount by women, Baruch Ben Yosef, Chairman of the Movement to Restore the Temple, told Arutz Sheva.Following the lectures, a general meeting was held inside the Great Synagogue, where participants heard more lectures and music related to the Temple. They then ate what is called the Seudat Hamikdash – the Temple Repast. This is all in order to raise awareness of the Holy Temple, the Temple Mount, and its significance to the Jewish people, explained Ben Yosef. He said that it is no coincidence that the conference took place this week, as the Palestinian Authority prepares to present its unilateral statehood bid to the UN.It’s obvious that the vacuum caused by there being no Temple and a lack of Jewish presence on the Temple Mount led the Arabs to call the creation of a new state, said Ben Yosef.Yehudah Glick, Chairman of the Temple Mount Heritage Foundation, told Arutz Sheva that he believes the anti-Israel gatherings around the world this week are a direct result of the lack of Jewish presence on the Temple Mount.

Jewish presence on the Temple Mount is a natural part of the view, he said. We’re here trying to gather our energy and work together towards this goal. From whatever point on the globe they are, Jews pray facing the Temple Mount and have done so since the first Holy Temple was built during King Solomon's reign. Their prayers included the hope to rebuild the Temple and ascend the Temple Mount to worship there. Seeing mosques standing on the site from the 7th century on due to the Muslim conquest of Jerusalem was a difficult pill for the Jewish people to swallow, in addition to mourning the Second Temple's destruction by the Roman legion in the 1st century. When Israel regained Judaism's holiest site, the Temple Mount, in the 1967 Six Day War, the euphoria of Jews worldwide that saw hundreds of thousands walking excitedly to the area on the days following the war, soon turned to dismay when then COS Moshe Dayan gave back control of the Temple Mount to the Moslem Wakf religious authority.Whereas there is rabbinical controversy on whether it is permissible for Jews to walk on all of the Temple Mount since it is not agreed which parts were for High Priests only, that did not preclude its remaining under Jewish control. The Wakf lost no time in seeing to it that it is illegal for Jews to pray there and in attempting to erase all archaeological evidence, of which there is an abundance, of Jewish presence on the Temple Mount. Jews were left to pray at the Western Wall, an outer wall of the site, as they had when Moslems were in control, and before Jordanian occupation of the Old City made it off limits from 1949-1967.

24 He shall enter peaceably even upon the fattest places of the province; and he shall do that which his fathers have not done, nor his fathers' fathers; he shall scatter among them the prey, and spoil, and riches: yea, and he shall forecast his devices against the strong holds, even for a time.

15 Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:
16 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.
17 Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place.
18 And your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it.
19 From the time that it goeth forth it shall take you: for morning by morning shall it pass over, by day and by night: and it shall be a vexation only to understand the report.

JERUSALEM DIVIDED

ZECHARIAH 12:1-5 King James Bible

2 Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.
3 And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.
4 In that day, saith the LORD, I will smite every horse with astonishment, and his rider with madness: and I will open mine eyes upon the house of Judah, and will smite every horse of the people with blindness.
5 And the governors of Judah shall say in their heart, The inhabitants of Jerusalem shall be my strength in the LORD of hosts their God.

JOEL 3:2
2 I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land.

ZECHARIAH 14:1-9 King James Bible
1 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee.
2 For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
3 Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.
4 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south. 5 And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the LORD my God shall come, and all the saints with thee.
6 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark:
7 But it shall be one day which shall be known to the LORD, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light.
8 And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be.
9 And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one.

Rivlin: World Not Interested in Preserving Israel-Knesset Speaker Reuven Rivlin says world community more concerned with creating Palestine than preserving Israel.By Gavriel Queenann First Publish: 9/20/2011, 7:11 PM

Knesset Speaker Reuven Rivlin says the world community is more concerned with forging a Palestinian state than preserving the Jewish state.Rivlin's comments were made at a luncheon he hosted for foreign diplomats at the Knesset on Monday, according to Channel 2 Radio.Rivlin, who has met individually with more than 20 ambassadors from the European Union, told attendees their position is one-sided and gives the impression Israel is not a party to discussions about its future.
Adopting the PA narrative carte blanch while ignoring Israel's views and concerns, Rivlin told them, only serves to deepen the divide between the sides and can only lead to deadlock.Rivlin also warned the unilateral creation of a PA state would result in an absurd situation in which decisions about the fate of Israel and its existence are taken without its participation or consent.Such a situation, Rivlin said, disturbed him deeply and raised concerns about Israel's ultimate fate.

Canadian Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Reject Abbas' Move-Canada announced its rejection of the Abbas proposal at the UN and coordinated matters with Israel Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman By Aryeh Ben Hayim First Publish: 9/20/2011, 6:49 PM

Canada will staunchly back Israel against the Palestinian attempt to secure unilateral recognition. We view this unilateral action on behalf of the Palestinian Authority to be not helpful, This was the comment made by Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper during a stop in Saskatoon.Harper continued:No unilateral actions like this are helpful in terms of establishing a long-run peace in the Middle East. Canada views the action as very regrettable and we will be opposing it at the United Nations. The Canadian PM will arrive in New York to take part in the UN General Assembly.Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird, who will be accompanying Harper to New York, also stated Canada’s opposition to the Palestinian plan. Canada backs the two-state solution but only as a result of negotiations between the Palestinians and the Israelis rather than as an imposed plan.According to the Winnipeg Free Press Canada not only will support Israel but will take an active role in the lobbying. On Monday Israeli Foreign Affairs Minister Avigdor Liberman stopped in Ottawa on his way to the UN for talks with his Canadian counterpart, John Baird.Liberman's 30-minute discussion with Baird dovetailed according to the Canadian foreign minister with the Canadian desire to see a return to negotiations over unilateral action that is being pursued by the Palestinians.

Gov. Perry: PA Bid is All Obama's Fault-Republican hopeful Rick Perry slammed President Obama, saying that it was all his fault that PA was seeking UN recognition of a PA state.By David Lev First Publish: 9/21/2011, 1:13 AM

A report Tuesday night said that U.S. President Barack H. Obama would endorse the idea of a PA state when he speaks at the United Nations at the opening of the General Assembly Wednesday – and that he will also endorse the status of Israel as a Jewish state. The report, quoting officials in the administration, said that Obama would reiterate the need for a negotiated settlement between Israel and the PA – but that he favored limited negotiations that would be completed quickly.Obama will reiterate the deal he has previously advocated in his speech in May before AIPAC, the officials said: the establishment of an Arab state in Judea and Samaria with the border on the 1948 armistice lines, with border changes and land swaps as the parties see fit. Officials reiterated Tuesday night that the U.S. was still working to garner a majority vote in the Security Council against the PA's request for recognition of the state, but would veto the proposal if necessary. But Obama – and Israel, and the rest of the Middle East, for that matter – would not have to be discussing the merits of a veto versus a vote on PA statehood, Republican presidential hopeful Rick Perry said Tuesday, if it had not been for Obama's policies that actually fostered the PA's gambit.

Speaking just a few blocks from the UN in New York, Perry, governor of Texas, said that we would not be here today at this very precipice of such a dangerous move if the Obama policy in the Middle East wasn't naive and arrogant, misguided and dangerous. The Obama policy of moral equivalency which gives equal standing to the grievances of Israelis and Palestinians, including the orchestrators of terrorism, is a very dangerous insult.Perry also criticized Obama's plan to force Israel back to the 1948 armistice lines, with or without boundary changes. Obama is the first U.S. president to advocate such a policy, which ignores the entire reason for Israel's presence in Judea and Samaria: The fact that Israel was forced to fight for its survival in the 1967 Six Day War. Such historical ignorance was insulting and naïve. Israel, he said, had a full right to Judea and Samaria, and all of Jerusalem as well, where the U.S. embassy would be relocated if he was elected President. As the president of the United States, if you want to work for the State Department, you will be working in Jerusalem, he said.Perry’s speech echoes the sentiments he expressed in his article in The Wall Street Journal on Monday, in which he charged that Obama’s Middle East policies have resulted in the Palestinian Authority leaders signaling that they have no interest in a two-state solution. It was a mistake to call for an Israeli construction freeze, including in Jerusalem, as an unprecedented precondition for talks, Perry wrote. When the Obama administration demanded a settlement freeze, it led to a freeze in Palestinian negotiations…. The Palestinian leadership’s insistence on the so-called right of return of descendants of Palestinian refugees to Israel's sovereign territory, thereby making Jews an ethnic minority in their own state, is a disturbing sign that the ultimate Palestinian solution remains the destruction of the Jewish state.Perry said that the Palestinian Authority plan to ask the United Nations for unilateral recognition threatens Israel and insults the United States.Perry wasn't the only Republican hopeful to express strong support for Israel Tuesday. In a statement Tuesday, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney said that Obama's efforts at the UN to head off the PA bid had turned out to be an unmitigated disaster. The Obama administration, he added, was guilty of repeated efforts over three years to throw Israel under the bus and undermine its negotiating position.

Yesha Protests PA Statehood Bid - Near Arab Villages-Jewish activists staged peaceful protests in Judea and Samaria in opposition to the PA statehood bid at the UN this week.By Gavriel Queenann& Hillel Maeir First Publish: 9/20/2011, 9:25 PM

Hundreds of Jewish residents in Judea and Samaria staged peaceful demonstrations near Arab villages in the region to show opposition to the PA statehood bid at the United Nations this week and as a contra to Arab marches rumored to be planned to lead participants towards Jewish communities. At the Knesset meeting called by MK Ben Ari (National Union) to plan the Jewish response to the PA bid, MK Yaakov Katz suggested meeting marches with peacefull, flag-waving Jewish marches, towards the cities that should be Jewish: Hevron, Ramallah, and others. Samaria Regional Council head Gershon Meskika told reporters, We are marching here today with joy and our heads raised to tell ourselves and the world that Israel lives! At Itamar, where five members of the Fogel family were brutally murdered in March, about 400 protesters gathered and marched to the junction south of Nablus, led by Mesika and Chairman of the Friends of Samaria, Benny Katzover. We started walking from here to remind us all of the source of trouble, the Oslo Accords, which opened the door to terrorism and murder, one of the participants said.Meanwhile, several dozen protesters marched from the community of Beit El to Ramallah, the seat of the Palestinian Authority.

Leading the march were MK Michael Ben Ari (National Union), nationalist activist Itamar Ben Gvir, and Chairman of the Friends of Benjamin NGO,Itzik Fees.We are delivering a message from here to Netanyahu: You have no permission to grant any generous concessions! Nothing belongs to you! Ben Ari declared. The Land of Israel belongs to the Nation of Israel… to my grandfather and your grandfather… to my grandson and your grandson. And you have no permission to go to some terrorist in a suit and allow him to establish a terrorist state here, Ben Ari added. The third march was from Kiryat Arba into Hebron. Leading the march was nationalist activist Baruch Marzel.Security officials said the demonstrations were peaceful and concluded without incident. The IDF has been calling up reservists with experience in Judea and Samaria to bolster forces in the region due to concerns mass protests of local Arabs planned by officials in Ramallah will turn violent.

PM's Spokesman: PA UN Bid - Violation of Agreements-Netanyahu's international spokesperson in a briefing to reporters: The PA is violating agreements. Israel reserves the right to respond.By Elad Benari & Yoni Kempinski First Publish: 9/21/2011, 12:44 AM

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s international spokesperson, Mark Regev, gave a briefing to reporters in Jerusalem on Tuesday ahead of the Prime Minister’s visit to New York for the UN General Assembly.Regev pointed out that by going to the United Nations to ask for recognition of a state, the Palestinian Authority is violating agreements it has previously signed with Israel. They made a commitment to solve all issues of contentions through negotiations, Regev said. By refusing to negotiate and now by trying to impose a solution they are in clear violation of both the spirit and the letter of signed agreements.Israel reserves the right to respond, he added. We are following events very closely. We have different options. We will decide in our own decision-making process if, when, and how to respond. It’s clear that we reserve the right to respond. If one party breaks a signed agreement, the other party is totally within its rights to say business as usual cannot continue.Regev said Israel hopes the PA picks up the ball and returns to direct negotiations with Israel. The fundamental problem with the Palestinian bid at the UN,said Regev,is that it appears to be part of a Palestinian strategy to avoid negotiations with Israel. It’s almost three years now that the Palestinians have refused to engage.

I would ask the Palestinians: If you boycott Israel, if you refuse to negotiate with Israel, how do you expect to make peace? he said. [PA Chairman] Abbas wrote a piece for The New York Times a few months ago, and he seemed to be saying: We want a Palestinian state as a superior platform on which to conduct our struggle with Israel. This is the very opposite of the Israeli outlook.Regev added that the UN General Assembly consists of more than 100 countries that will support anything the PA brings forward, no matter what. There are many who give the Palestinians a blank cheque,Regev said. This is one of our criticisms on the way the UN has handled the Middle East.If there was to be some sort of maximalist Palestinian position passed by the UN, you would make a negotiated solution so much more difficult in the future, added Regev, saying passing the PA’s statehood bid would be tying the hands of a future Palestinian leadership to negotiate peace with Israel on the issue of borders.Regev reiterated that Netanyahu is willing to meet Abbas for talks anywhere, even in New York City.My Prime Minister has said he’s willing to meet Abbas here in Jerusalem, Regev said. He’s willing to go to Ramallah to meet Abbas there. He said last night he’s willing to meet Abbas in New York. We want to see the restart of the peace talks between us and the Palestinians.Netanyahu’s proposal, said Regev, is ongoing peace talks at the highest levels, until all the issues are resolved and results are reached. The idea is to find a historic peace agreement between Israelis and Palestinians, he said. That is the only way to change realities.

Gabon Undecided: How Will the Security Council Members Vote?-How will the 15 UN Security Council members vote on the PA's statehood bid? By David Lev First Publish: 9/20/2011, 11:45 PM

It's the political horse race of the hour: How will the 15 members of the UN Security Council vote on the Palestinian Authority's request that the UN recognize the Arab state it intends to declare in Judea, Samaria, and Jerusalem? With the PA's decision to take its bid directly to the Security Council, speculation about how the member countries will vote has become the main focus of intense diplomatic efforts this week. The United States, as one of five permanent Security Council members, has the power to veto any resolution it doesn't like – and U.S. officials have said that in a worst-case scenario they will not hesitate to use that veto to block the PA's bid. But for various reasons – partly to show that international support for the bid is far from universal – the U.S. has been pressuring Security Council member countries to vote against the bid, while the PA has been doing what it can to convince countries to support it.Over the past few days, those still undecided among the 15 Security Council member states have been making their final decisions on how to vote, but some are still thinking about it. Gabon, for example, said Tuesday that it was still considering the issue. Speaking from the African country, a top aide to Gabonian President Ali Bongo said We have not turned in our position statement ... We cannot anticipate a recognition of the new state of Palestine, or a non-recognition at this point.Earlier, the PA had claimed Gabon as its eighth vote.

Seven of the fifteen Security Council states have made definitive statements on how they are going to vote. Joining the U.S. against are Germany and Colombia, reports in the U.S. said, although local media in Bogota said that the best Colombia could do would be to abstain. Definite yesses. for the PA bid include China, India, Lebanon, Russia, and South Africa. The PA also claims that Brazil and Portugal will approve the bid, giving them seven votes so far.Of the others, France, Serbia, Nigeria, Bosnia and Herzegovina still have not made a final decision.

Netanyahu, Ayalon: Abbas' Intrasigence Preventing Peace Talks-Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahi and Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon tell it like it is: Abbas just refuses to talk to Israel,By David Lev First Publish: 9/20/2011, 10:10 PM

Let no one be mistaken, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu told Likud members Tuesday evening: Time and time again, Israel has gone out of its way and bent over backwards to get Palestinian Authority chief Mahmoud Abbas to the negotiating table, but has been rebuffed every time. We are a nation that seeks peace, Netanyahu said at a pre-New Year get-together, a day before he is set to leave for the UN General Assembly, where he is to speak Friday. We have been attacked over and over by those opposed not only to our state, but to our existence. This is the basic truth, and we will say it at the United Nations.Netanyahu said that he appreciated the warm welcome he received from those attending the event, which will probably contrast with the far less positive reception his speech at the UN was likely to generate. But it didn't matter, he said; Israel could not afford to make the concessions demanded of it by the PA and western countries.Warning against falling for a peace deal hastily put together that would not take Israel's security needs into account, Netanyahu said that major concessions by Israel would probably be greeted warmly by world leaders, but in the end it would cause missile attacks on the entire country. The road to peace lies with direct negotiations, and not through detours at the UN, he added.

Echoing Netanyahu's comments on who was being intransigent on negotiations, Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon said in an interview on Israel TV that Israel was more than ready to reopen talks with Abbas – but that the decision was up to the PA chief. We, along with members of the Quarter, are making mighty efforts to get Abbas to meet the Prime Minister. So far, he added, all efforts have failed; it appears that Abbas is just not interested in talking, but in forcing an outcome on Israel. The whole idea of going to the UN was a refusal on their part to discuss issues with us, and an attempt to force us to accept their position, Ayalon said of the PA's strategy, adding that Abbas wasn't really interested in peace, but in his place in history. When you sign a deal, you cannot aid in the abrogation of that deal. Otherwise what value do future deals have?

IDF-PA Security Summit Ahead of Statehood Bid-IDF commanders met with their PA counterparts ahead of the PA statehood bid at the United Nations to prevent errors.By Gavriel Queenann First Publish: 9/20/2011, 8:47 PM

Civil Administration officials and senior IDF Central Command officers met Tuesday with security officials from the Palestinian Authority amid rising tensions over the PA statehood bid at the United Nations.A security official close to the talks told the Hebrew-language Walla! the purpose of the meeting was to improve communication and prevent errors if, as expected, widespread violence erupts.IDF commanders reportedly told PA brigade commanders,We are against violence and will do everything to prevent violence.Officers from both sides agreed to successive meetings and phone conferences during the next few days to raise concerns and coordinate the operations area.Violence and confrontations originating from PA enclaves in Judea and Samaria has already begun ahead of Friday's bid, underscoring concerns mass rallies planned by Ramallah may turn violent. On Sunday, a convoy of 40-50 vehicles packed with Arabs waving PA flags drove towards the Jewish community of Nehagot, as though planning to enter, was not confronted by soldiers watching the community. However, a fire-bombing attack at Itamar where Arabs set fire to adjacent fields resulted in a large-scale military reaction on Monday, marking the high-tensions in play. Also on Monday, soldiers intercepted dozens of Arabs who were marching on Yitzar.

The contradictory response from commanders on the ground in Judea and Samaria has raised the eyebrows of the Jewish residents they are supposed to protect, and echo complaints by reservists in recent days their instructions are unclear. The IDF has called up reservists with experience in Judea and Samaria in recent weeks to bolster its forces, and has created a mobile command center to reduce response times in the event of violence.Additionally, the Central Command announced it plans to raise its alert level at noon on Wednesday, at which point senior commanders say the order will be issued to begin actively confronting potential incursions to Jewish communities.Commanders say, however, they have restricted the rules of engagement and crowd-control measures for the tense weeks ahead in the hopes of avoiding deaths that could ignite mass unrest. That has raised concerns among many Jewish residents of Judea and Samaria that the IDF is placing politics over protection - and that security officials are putting their homes and families in peril.
