two juveniles — one of which is just 12 years old — in connection with
the recent killings of three teenagers in Florida.A third juvenile

with a gunshot wound, lying on the side of the road in the area of
Forest Lakes Park on SE 183rd Avenue Road. Authorities transported the
teenager to a hospital in critical condition, and she lost brain
function until she was pronounced dead.A day after finding Silvernail,
Marion County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) deputies responded to SE 94th
Street and SE 188th Court and located a deceased 17-year-old male with a
gunshot wound.The next morning, on April 1, the MCSO Major Crimes Unit,
Forensic Unit and Underwater Recovery Team responded to a tip and
searched the area of Malauka Loop and Malauka Loop Trace and found
Silvernail’s vehicle partially submerged in a body of water. The car was
about 9 miles from where Silvernail was found.The suspects were in
Silvernail's vehicle with the victims prior to their deaths, according
to the sheriff. Authorities believe all three victims were shot at the
same time."She was there of her own free will," Woods said of
Silvernail.Layla Silvernail's family is planning to donate the
16-year-old's organs, according to a GoFundMe.After obtaining a search
warrant and searching her vehicle, authorities found 16-year-old Quarles
dead from a gunshot wound in Silvernail's car. The arrested suspects
confessed to shooting Quarles in the vehicle, Woods said.Woods
previously told Fox News Digital that he believed the suspects were part
of a "wannabe" or "neighborhood" gang, and the victims likely knew them
for a short time.

pro-gun control crowd at the state capitol.Sidner claimed the massive
and angry crowd was already riled up and then accused the lawmaker of
punishing the Democrat lawmakers and their voters, who she claimed are
scared of gun violence.The lecture from the reporter appeared to bother
Faison, as he left the interview before CNN anchor Kaitlan Collins could
ask him a question.The tense exchange came after the Tennessee
GOP-dominated House voted to expel Democratic Reps. Justin Jones and
Justin Pearson from the state legislature Thursday for their role in a
protest calling for gun control following last week’s shooting at a
private Christian school in Nashville.A third Democrat lawmaker, Rep.
Gloria Johnson, was nearly expelled, though she was spared by one vote.
During their interview, Sidner appeared to go to bat for the punished

rocket launchers and weaponized drones to bombard the provinces of
Ukraine it has illegally annexed but doesn't fully control, causing
casualties, building damage and power outages Friday.

Ukrainian military said Russian forces launched 18 airstrikes, five
missile strikes and 53 attacks from multiple rocket launchers between
Thursday and Friday mornings.According to the General Staff statement,
Russia was concentrating the bulk of its offensive operations in
Ukraine’s industrial east, focusing on the cities and towns of Lyman,
Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Marinka in Donetsk province.Most of Friday's

identity stakeholders to promote the development and deployment of new
use cases of the latest version of the European Union’s digital identity
framework. That means operating large-scale pilots for the European
Digital Identity Wallet.Digital Credentials for Europe (DC4EU) will test
the framework’s interoperability for cross-border applications in
pre-production systems. Its findings could be used to inform future
revisions to eIDAS regulations, according to a funding
announcement.Digital identity wallet testing will look at Qualified
Electronic Attestations of Attributes (QEAA), Electronic Attestations of
Attributes (EAA) and credentials. The use cases tested will include the
sharing of educational credentials, professional qualifications, the
PDA1 European Social Security Pass, and the European Health Insurance
Card (EHIC).The estimated cost of the program is 19.2 million euros,
with funding provided by a grant from the EU Digital Europe Programme.
The consortium behind it includes 80 representative organizations from
22 EU member states, plus Norway and Ukraine. Many of those
representatives are universities, but some are public agencies or
businesses, like Atos.Decentralized digital ID startup Gataca is also
part of the group, as revealed in a blog post that also introduces its
self-sovereign identity platform Studio.The Government of Spain leads
the project through its General Secretariat for Digital Administration

Socure has revealed that the level of ID fraud in small banking and
investment platforms rose sharply in the wake of the closure of Silicon
Valley Bank (SVB) on March 10 and Signature Bank on March 12. These are
two commercial banks in the United States which closed last month.The
wave of ID fraud spiked in these platforms as individuals and business
entities struggled to open new accounts, Socure says in a blog
post.Analysis by Socure of fraud pattern data drawn from more than 1,500
of its customers shows small businesses and investment platforms
witnessed a fraud rate increase of 498 percent within 7 and 11 March,
when news of SVB’s collapse made waves the most.Socure says the bad
actors had apparently been on stand-by monitoring the system, and were
able to quickly strike when they had the opportunity, creating accounts
every four minutes when the news of the closure of SVB fell.The data
also shows that synthetic ID fraud also jumped within that period.
Although the spike dropped on 14 March, there was another upsurge on 21
March, according to Socure data.Meanwhile, in a recent press statement
in the wake of the cyber-attacks, Socure CEO Johnny Ayers assures
customers that the company is monitoring the situation and will provide
them with insights necessary to help adjust their decision
making.“Immediately after the news of SVB’s impending breakdown, bad
actors who we had seen testing banking systems across our customer

dismantled-In the meantime, a collaboration by law enforcement and

an online market place which facilitated the sale of identities for

infrastructure seized, according to a news release from the European
Union agency for law enforcement cooperation.More than two million IDs
referred to as ‘bots’ by the vendors were listed for sale on the
platform at the time it was taken down.Other actions taken as part of
‘Operation Cookie Monster’ included the arrest of 119 persons and the
search of 208 properties of persons related to the platform, the release
notes.The IDs were bought mostly by hackers, with some of the bots
containing information that could lead to victims’ online banking
details.Europol’s European Cybercrime Center (EC3) said it made the
takedown of the platform a priority as IDs bought from it could
facilitate all sorts of crime.“Through the combined efforts of all the
law enforcement authorities involved, we have severely disrupted the
criminal cyber ecosystem by removing one of its key enablers. With
victims located across the globe, the strong relationships with our
international partners were critical in the success of this case,” says

collaborated in the operation, has developed a platform for people to

Digital Identity Initiative of the World Economic Forum (WEF) has been
discussing the possibilities of agreeing on an international policy and
standards framework that will serve as the springboard to enhance the
adoption of digital ID systems that put privacy at the top of all major
priorities.The panel believes blockchain technology can help in building
such privacy-preserving digital ID infrastructure, and in so doing,
helping organizations and governments realize financial, health and
social impact projects.Discussions at the Forum’s Annual Meeting
workshop which had as theme “Improving Livelihoods with Digital ID,”
organized by its Crypto Impact and Sustainability Accelerator (CISA),
examined ways by which digital ID benefits can be leveraged through a
standardized approach, according to an article by Brett McDowell, chair
and President of decentralized and open-source public ledger
Hedera.Hedera participated in the discussions on digital ID during the
WEF’s recent meeting in Davos.According to McDowell, having a
blockchain-powered digital ID system that enhances data privacy and
minimize incidences of data theft or exploitation is the way to go.This,
he says, is even made much easier with the Web3 concept, which seeks to
replace the intermediary in managing digital ID “with public blockchain
infrastructure where the user stores their digital identity metadata
while keeping their personal information offline in their digital wallet
with verified credentials signed by their various credential
issuers.”As writes McDowell, this means that each time a user “presents a
credential from their wallet to an application, it can verify the
credential by checking the cryptographic signature against the original
credential issuer’s public key, which has previously been published in a
publicly available registry,” while allowing them control over how,
when and to who they share such information.Digital ID systems built on
such a model will not only enhance public trust, but will also drive
economic incentives with several positive outcomes.To get there however

Friday that Israel “will not allow the Hamas terrorist organization to
operate from within Lebanon and holds the state of Lebanon responsible
for every directed fire emanating from its territory.”After no
additional rockets were fired in the morning, the military after several

residents to stay near bomb shelters — in what was seen by Hebrew media
as a sign that the IDF was viewing the current flareup on the Gaza front
as over.The current round of violence began Tuesday following clashes
between Israeli security forces and Palestinians at the Al-Aqsa Mosque
on the flashpoint Temple Mount site in Jerusalem’s Old City. That led
Thursday to rocket fire from Gaza and, in a significant escalation, an

Israel. The fighting comes during a delicate time — when Jews are
celebrating the Passover holiday and Muslims are marking the holy month

explosions were heard in southern Lebanon’s Tyre region at dawn on
Friday, according to AFP reporters. “At least two shells fell near” a
Palestinian refugee camp near Tyre city, said camp resident Abu Ahmad,
who told AFP he “heard explosions.”A missile fell on a farmer’s house
near the camp, causing material damage, an AFP correspondent in the area
said.The pro-Iranian Hezbollah channel Al-Manar reported that the
shelling had targeted three areas in southern Lebanon, including the
refugee camp area.Overnight, the IDF said it first struck two tunnels
operated by Hamas, two weapon production sites, and an anti-aircraft

of rockets were fired from southern Lebanon with several intercepted by
the Iron Dome air defense system over northern Israel, officials and the
military said. At least three people were injured.Israeli officials
said 34 rockets had been fired toward the border with five landing
inside Israel, four with unknown impact sites, and the rest downed by
Iron Dome.Another two rockets were launched later in the evening toward
the northern town of Metula, without causing any damage or injuries.Such
a massive barrage would make this the largest number of rockets fired
from Lebanon since the 2006 war, during which thousands of rockets were
launched at Israel. In August 2021, Hezbollah fired 19 rockets at
northern Israel.There was no immediate claim of responsibility, and a

mother was critically hurt in a terror shooting attack in the West Bank
on Friday, officials said, escalating an already tense situation on
multiple fronts.The victims, residents of the Efrat settlement, were not
immediately named. The two fatalities were aged 15 and 21, and their
mother is 48. Reports in the UK said they were also British
nationals.The father of the family was traveling in a separate car, just
ahead, turned back in the wake of the attack, and was present as medics
arrived to treat his family, the mayor of Efrat said.The Magen David
Adom (MDA) ambulance service said its medics initially responded to a
vehicle collision on the Route 57 highway in the northern Jordan Valley,
near the Hamra Junction, close to the settlement of the same name.When
medics and troops reached the scene, the car was found to be riddled
with bullet holes.According to MDA, two women were declared dead at the
scene, and a woman who was critically hurt in the attack was taken to
Hadassah Ein Kerem hospital in Jerusalem by helicopter, where doctors
said her life was in danger due to bullets to her upper body.The Israel
Defense Forces said the shooting was a terror attack and had launched a
manhunt for the gunmen and other suspects who fled the scene.“IDF forces

given by ultranationalists to attacks against random Arabs or
Palestinians, intended as revenge for attacks on Jews.Earlier in Abu

restore order in the northern Arab communities. Police called on local
religious leaders, education figures and parents to rein in youths and

continued unrest could lead to physical injuries as well as damaging

in air patterns as the world warms will likely push more and nastier
hurricanes up against the United States' east and Gulf coasts,
especially in Florida, a new study said.While other studies have
projected how human-caused climate change will probably alter the
frequency, strength and moisture of tropical storms, the study in
Friday's journal Science Advances focuses on the crucial aspect of where
hurricanes are going.It's all about projected changes in steering
currents, said study lead author Karthik Balaguru, a Pacific Northwest
National Laboratory climate scientist.“Along every coast they're kind of
pushing the storms closer to the U.S.,” Balaguru said. The steering
currents move from south to north along the Gulf of Mexico; on the East
Coast, the normal west-to-east steering is lessened considerably and can
be more east-to-west, he said.Overall, in a worst-case warming
scenario, the number of times a storm hits parts of the U.S. coast in
general will probably increase by one-third by the end of the century,
the study said, based on sophisticated climate and hurricane
simulations, including a system researchers developed.The central and
southern Florida Peninsula, which juts out in the Atlantic, is projected
to get even more of an increase in hurricanes hitting the coast, the
study said.Climate scientists disagree on how useful it is to focus on
the worst-case scenario as the new study does because many calculations
show the world has slowed its increase in carbon pollution. Balaguru
said because his study looks more at steering changes than strength, the
levels of warming aren't as big a factor.The study projects changes in
air currents traced to warming in the equatorial eastern Pacific Ocean,
just off the coast of South America. Climate change is warming different
parts of the world at different rates, and models show the eastern
Pacific area warming more quickly, Balaguru said.That extra warming sets
things in motion through Rossby waves, according to the study —
atmospheric waves that move west to east and are connected to changes in
temperature or pressure, like the jet stream or polar vortex events.“I
like to explain it to my students like a rock being dropped in a smooth
pond,” said University of Albany atmospheric scientist Kristen
Corbosiero, who wasn't part of the study. “The heating is the rock and
Rossby waves are the waves radiating away from the heating which
disturbs the atmosphere's balance.”The wave ripples trigger a
counterclockwise circulation in the Gulf of Mexico, which bring winds
blowing from east to west in the eastern Atlantic and south to north in
the Gulf of Mexico, Corbosiero and Balaguru said.It also reduces wind
shear — which is the difference in speed and direction of winds at high
and low altitudes — the study said. Wind shear often decapitates
hurricanes and makes it harder for nascent storms to develop.Less wind
shear means stronger storms, Balaguru said.Overall, the steering current
and wind shear changes increase the risk to the United States,
Corbosiero said in an email.Corbosiero and two other outside scientists
said the study makes sense, but has limits and is missing some
factors.It doesn't factor in where storms are born, which is important,

Kan. (AP) — Republican lawmakers in Kansas approved a plan early Friday
to end gender-affirming care for transgender youth, capping a week of
intensifying efforts to roll back LGBTQ rights.The Kansas House voted
70-52 to pass a bill requiring the state's medical board to revoke the
licenses of doctors who provide gender-affirming care to minors, even
though many professionals who deal with transgender youth see such care
as vital for preservation of mental health and to prevent suicides. The
Senate then voted 23-12 to approve the measure, sending it to Democratic
Gov. Laura Kelly.The governor is expected to veto it, having promised
LGBTQ youth during a Statehouse lobbying day last month that she would
protect their rights and reject any measure "that aims to harm or
discriminate against you.” Supporters do not have the two-thirds
majorities in both chambers needed to override a veto.LGBTQ-rights
advocates believe they're seeing a national effort to erase transgender,
non-binary, gender non-conforming and gender fluid people from American
society, at least legally. Dr. Beth Oller, a family physician in a
small northwestern Kansas town who provides gender-affirming care, saw
GOP lawmakers going “in search of a dog whistle” to unite their
party.“This one was a winner because they found it palatable to strip
rights from a population that was small and did not affect most of
them,” she said in an email Thursday night. “They delude themselves with
groupthink so that they can pretend this isn’t about hate but about
protection, but we know the truth.”Thirteen other states have enacted
laws against gender-affirming care for minors, though federal judges
have blocked enforcement of them in Alabama and Arkansas. Republican

(AP) — Schools and colleges across the U.S. would be forbidden from
enacting outright bans on transgender athletes under a proposal released
Thursday from the Biden administration, but teams could create some
limits in certain cases — for example, to ensure fairness.The proposed
rule sends a political counterpunch toward a wave of Republican-led
states that have sought to ban trans athletes from competing in school
sports that align with their gender identities. If finalized, the
proposal would become enshrined as a provision of Title IX, the landmark
gender equity legislation enacted in 1972.It must undergo a lengthy
approval process, however, and it’s almost certain to face challenges
from opponents.The proposal comes on the same day that the Supreme Court
said a 12-year-old transgender girl in West Virginia can continue
competing on her middle school track and cross-country teams while legal
battles over the state’s transgender law continue. The law bans
transgender athletes from female teams.All told, at least 16 states now
have bans in effect covering at least high school interscholastic
sports. Some also extend to intramural, club or college sports.
Enforcement of bans in at least three states has been put on hold by
courts, and one more has adopted a ban that doesn’t take effect until
July.Under the Education Department's proposed rule, no school or
college that receives federal funding would be allowed to impose a
“one-size-fits-all” policy that categorically bans trans students from
playing on sports teams consistent with their gender identity. Such
policies would be considered a violation of Title IX.Still, it leaves
room for schools to develop team eligibility rules that could ultimately
result in restrictions around trans athletes’ participation.That would
be allowed only if it serves “important educational objectives,” such as
fairness in competition and reduction of injury risks.Any limits would
have to consider the sport, the level of competition and the age of
students. Elementary school students would generally be allowed to
participate on any teams consistent with their gender identity, for
example. More competitive teams at high schools and colleges could add
limits, but those would be discouraged in teams that don’t have tryouts
or cuts.“Every student should be able to have the full experience of
attending school in America, including participating in athletics, free
from discrimination,” Miguel Cardona, Biden’s education secretary, said

as “as slap in the face to female athletes who deserve equal opportunity

IX degrades women and tells them that their athletic goals and

Alliance Defending Freedom. She represented Connecticut runners who sued
over the participation of two transgender girls in track and field

rights of trans students. Last year it proposed a separate federal rule
that for the first time would extend Title IX rights to LGBTQ students,
broadly protecting them from discrimination in education.That rule —
which drew more than 240,000 comments from the public and sharp
opposition from conservatives — is expected to be finalized as soon as
next month.The new proposal doesn’t offer examples of acceptable limits
that can be placed on school sports, but it clarifies that restrictions

it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under
falsehood have we hid ourselves:
16 Therefore thus saith the Lord
GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a
precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not
make haste.17 Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to
the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the
waters shall overflow the hiding place.
18 And your covenant with
death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not
stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be
trodden down by it.
19 From the time that it goeth forth it shall
take you: for morning by morning shall it pass over, by day and by
night: and it shall be a vexation only to understand the report.
DANIEL 8:23-25

And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are
come to the full, a king (EU DICTATOR) of fierce countenance, and
understanding dark sentences,(FROM THE OCCULT) shall stand up.
24 And
his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power:(SATANS POWER) and
he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall
destroy the mighty and the holy people.
25 And through his policy
also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify
himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also
stand up against the Prince of princes;(JESUS) but he shall be broken

36 And the king shall do according to
his will;(EU PRESIDENT) and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself
above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of
gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that
that is determined shall be done.
37 Neither shall he regard the God

women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.

But in his estate shall he honour the God of forces:(HES A MILITARY
GINIUS) and a god whom his fathers knew not shall he honour with gold,
and silver, and with precious stones, and pleasant things.
39 Thus
shall he do in the most strong holds (CONTROL HEZBOLLAH,AL-QUAIDA
MURDERERS ETC) with a strange god, whom he shall acknowledge and
increase with glory: and he shall cause them to rule over many,(HIS ARMY
LEADERS) and shall divide the land for gain.
40 And at the time of
the end shall the king of the south(EGYPT) push at him:(EU DICTATOR
PROTECTING ISRAELS SECURITY) and the king of the north(RUSSIA) shall
come against him like a whirlwind, with chariots, and with horsemen, and
with many ships; and he shall enter into the countries, and shall
overflow and pass over.
ZECHARIAH 14:12-13
12 And this shall
be the plague wherewith the LORD will smite all the people that have
fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they
stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes,
and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.
13 And it shall
come to pass in that day, that a great tumult from the LORD shall be
among them; and they shall lay hold every one on the hand of his
neighbour, and his hand shall rise up against the hand of his
